1. About these terms

These terms cover personal use of Mind Calculator at mindcalo.com and its optional digital reports. Mind Calculator is the operator name used on this site. Read these terms before use and report activation; you may save or print this page. Use the Contact form for questions or operator information. The seller’s identity must be disclosed before any payment.

2. Eligibility and purpose

The service is for adults aged 18 or over, for voluntary personal reflection. It does not diagnose, treat or provide professional medical, psychological, employment or legal advice. Do not use results to screen others or make high-stakes clinical, hiring, admission or insurance decisions. Seek qualified help for health concerns; this site is not an emergency service.

3. Assessment limits

Answers reflect your perceptions at a particular time. Scores and type labels are simplified summaries, not fixed identities, population rankings or guarantees of accuracy or benefit. The original 32/64/128-item 16-type quiz is unofficial and unaffiliated with the official MBTI assessment or 16Personalities. Its items and reference translations have not been independently validated. Read each scale’s sources and limitations; translations may contain errors.

4. Free access and purchases

The 16-type quiz and basic results are free. Detailed guidance and full-report PDF export require a valid activation code. Purchases are currently closed on this site; existing valid codes can be activated. No subscription or automatic renewal is offered. Before sales open, the offer must state the seller, total price, currency, applicable charges, included content, delivery method and purchase terms. Keep your order confirmation. External seller platforms handle payment and disputes under their rules without removing your statutory rights.

5. One report and 3-calendar-month access

First successful activation binds the code to one report and the browser profile used. The 3 calendar months start then and run continuously, including offline time; pausing, refreshing or reopening does not restart them. You may view and download that same report repeatedly within the period, but cannot unlock a different report or browser. Necessary cookies and a locally saved report summary support access. Clearing them, private browsing or changing devices may prevent recovery; contact us if access fails. Save the PDF before expiry. Downloaded files do not expire.

The deadline is calculated in UTC as the same date and time three months later, or the last day of that month if the date does not exist. Access expires automatically at that deadline; the code cannot start another access period.

6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Contact us or the original seller platform with an order reference and problem description, not complete answers, card details or activation codes. We investigate missing, defective or inaccessible content and arrange remedies required by applicable law, including restoration, replacement, price reduction or refund where required. Mandatory cancellation and consumer rights remain intact. Activation alone is not a blanket waiver of those rights. Any additional refund policy must be shown before payment. Revoking access following a justified refund does not remotely delete downloaded files.

7. Reports and sharing

You may retain a downloaded report for personal use and voluntarily share your own result or personal report with its website link and attribution. Review sensitive details: recipients may copy or republish them. Do not sell our guidance, distribute bulk report libraries, publish the private content catalog or share access credentials to bypass payment. Your answers remain yours. Third-party scales retain their respective rights; these terms do not override permissions from their owners or applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt fraudulent activation, code guessing, unauthorized access, service interference or collection of another person’s answers. Do not send unlawful or abusive Contact messages. Proportionate restrictions or suspension may protect the service; contact us to contest an error. Reasonable public linking and lawful search indexing are allowed. These restrictions do not remove rights expressly permitted by law.

9. Privacy and external services

Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for actual data practices. Answers and scoring stay in your browser; access checks use an opaque fingerprint and credentials rather than answers or scores. Sharing is optional. Accepting these terms is not consent to advertising cookies or unrelated processing. External sites and seller platforms have their own terms; links do not guarantee their availability or endorse their claims.

10. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or a particular personal outcome. Report faults promptly. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, legally non-excludable personal injury, mandatory consumer remedies or other responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited. A reflection tool’s limitations do not excuse failure to deliver purchased content as described.

11. Changes and language

Material changes are dated on this page. Future changes do not retrospectively reduce existing purchase rights or shorten activated access. Where required, material changes affecting ongoing paid access will be communicated before taking effect. English is the reference for wording differences, subject to mandatory local-language and consumer protections. Contact us about translation discrepancies.

12. Questions and disputes

Use Contact first so we can try to resolve concerns. This does not prevent seller-platform complaints, consumer-authority assistance, access to competent courts or protections applying where you live. These terms do not impose a foreign court, compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights.
